April 10, 2007: NPR Discusses Loudspeakers on CAP SAR Aircraft

On this date, April 10, 2007, NPR highlighted the possibility of CAP search and rescue aircraft using loud speakers.

I say we should do it, there was a missing child in my neighboorhood not to long ago, and CAP didnt get involved sadly. But i think loudspeekers will be helpfull.
